Warranty - U-Fill Snack Pack™ products are warranted to be free from defects in material & workmanship. This guarantee applies to unused items only.

Product Liability - The maximum product liability to The Rowan U-Fill Group, Inc. arising from any products offered on any of our sites shall be the price of the product ordered. The Rowan U-Fill Group, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to other parts or personal or property injury as a result of using any of our products. In no event shall The Rowan U-Fill Group, Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents be liable for damages related to product sold. Any legal action against The Rowan U-Fill Group, Inc shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Errors / Typos / Misprints - While we are diligent to continuously provide accurate pricing and information on our website and printed material, errors may occur and we offer no guarantee to accuracy. We will honor pricing errors to the best of our ability but do not guarantee to honor all pricing errors. We will contact you in the event that a pricing error does occur with your order.

Sales Tax - We are required to collect sales tax from Ohio customers. We do not collect sales tax on orders outside of Ohio.

Shipping - We offer USPS (US Postal Service) shipping. Orders typically ship within 24hrs / (1 business day) of receipt of payment. (Please contact us for special shipping arrangements)

Privacy - We will only use the personal information you provide us to service your order and respond to your requests. It absolutely will NOT be shared/sold/distributed to other companies.
